Period Balances Report and Simplified URL structure

We've added a new report into AccountsPortal - the Period Balance report. Some of users may remember this from the previous version of AccountsPortal.

The Period Balance report reflects the movement in all accounts between two dates. The total Period Debits should always equal the total Period Credits, and the total Period Change should therefore always be equal to zero. This report is a great way to quickly determine the movements on a number of accounts in a quick and easy report.

We have also simplified our URL structure a little bit, so you can now login into the application from https://go.accountsportal.com/login (note that the previous url will also still work). The Register and Logout links have been similarly affected.
